Okay, as someone with diagnosed DID, please take the online test results with a huge pinch of salt. Do you lose gaps of time? Have trouble recognising people who are apparently good friends with you? That's the tip of the ice-berg. And nothing, nobody, except a trained professional (either psychiatrist or therapist) with experience with dissociative disorders can diagnose DID. I know I'm plugging the 'don't trust the internet' thing quite hard here but it's true. It does give some kind of indication that you may be on the dissociative spectrum, but it's a very varied one and PTSD falls on it on the less extreme end, compared to DID anyway.
'Complex' PTSD is a risky place to start with, it's not actually in the DSM, although there are plenty of arguments saying it ought to be. So, first things first, I would try and stay calm. As daft as that might sound to you right now. I understand you're confused and scared so calm will seem impossible. But this online test shows nothing more than a possible dissociative tendency and should only be regarded in the same category of say, a Buzzfeed quiz or something!
If you have a therapist, maybe ask what the disorder actually entails, but to be honest, I'd ignore what the 'test' said.
You do need to have different 'personalities' who take over. And it's at best irritating and at worst, unbearable. So I hope that you don't take the quiz to heart, believe me, you'd have a lot more memory gaps and totally frightening unexplained things going on in your life if you do have DID...
