After doing the reality check and staying away from this thread, I have realized that there is a lot of competition and it is not really my fault or their fault for being that picky for choosing people. They can't give jobs to everyone who applied for that position. However, that doesn't mean I should give up. Yes, applying for almost a year and not getting anywhere is frustrating especially when I miss out on good opportunities but there is no reason to catastrophise the entire situation. That's all I have to say for now. No harm meant.
