Just heard on the news this morning, that a Med Team is being sent from the UK to Afghan to transport a Women Brit Soldier back to the UK.

Yeah Care of our wounded is Important. But................

Because the stupid f*cking cow was Pregnant and had a Bady in Theatre? Apparently she didn`t know! I know Body Armour makes you look big big f*ck me,

Technically, the Kid could now claim duel Nationality British and Afghan. One big cluster f*ck and a huge can of worms. Would laugh my ass of if the Afghan authorities stopped her taking the bady out of the country. Would serve the stupid cow right.

All the countries involved spend millions and millions in equipment and construction in the countries we fight in. When the time comes to leave we will also leave millions of dollars of equipment behind because it's 'cheaper' to leave it rather than bring it back.

In the mean time most of the countries in the world are in a deep depression; cities, states and federal agencies are going bankrupt but we can throw away millions overseas.

They dropped the pregnacy tests so they could do the drug testing. Who cares if they're pregnant, as long as the soldiers didn't party abit before they're sent into a war zone.

There's just no logical explanation. It's such bizzaro news out of the whole mess of Afghanistan. Not to mention that this child is going to be screwed from the get go. Stress combined with heavy physical activity and probably less than optimal nutrition. If this kid does not have problems I would be very surprised.

There is no contestant ion of the child's nationality, as he was born at Bastion, which is agreed by Kahazi to be "Temporary co alition soil." Also the lady involved is very athletic and fujian, most women like that suffer from irregular monthlies.
With our first child it took 4 months to find out mrs SD was preggers and that was only due to her reaction to alcohol, not of that out there.
Have to admit am a bit shocked at the responses on here. Open minds and open eyes don't seem to have made this subject.
A lot of us here, are here because of losing life, either causing or witnessing, let's just be happy that that a young life has arrived in this world, FIVE WEEKS early in not the easiest of places, or curcumstances.

There are 100's of cases a year of women giving birth without knowing they are carrying, yet this lass that has served for the UK gets slated.

Well you are right Dave, cocker, the lads in the med cent, would have been over the moon giving life rather than watching it be taken.

What we are getting at thought, is the fact, that if you are getting laid, you are going to know that you are going to get pregnant. Imagine if it had been a Medic on a FOB, in the middle of a Firefight. A medic on patrol with a multiple caught in an Ambush.

She was lucky it was not that dangerous, but, it could have been.

And as we all know, you prepare for the worst and hope for the best, that is what the drills and SOP`s are for. You are not telling me seriously that it is OK for it to happen? She needs a good slapping for her own stupidity, Serving your country is one thing but wasting money that can be better spent else where is not on. You know with what shit we put up with because the coffers are not full.

She should have stayed as rear party, and would then not have wasted tax money, the time of Profesionals who have better things to do and and potentialy the safety of the people in theatre around her.

Good or bad, she should have known, that the condom broke, that she had sex without protection, or simply put, that she was pregnant. She was a liability when she shouldn`t have been and could have cost people their lives because of her stupidity . Same as the one that had a her kid a couple of weeks after she got back. We live in the 21st century, there are all manner of tests available a damn site more reliable than "But I had my period"
And 100 women a year having kids they didn`t know they were carrying is one thing when they live a civvie life working in Sainsbury, may loose a glass of marmalade when the contractions hit hardly putting anybody at risk. And believe me, we may not slate them, as we don`t know or see or hear of them. But the people around them will be.

Yes she done well doing her duties while pregnant, but just as some one who is Sick or Downgraded is not Fit for Duty neither was she. You wouldn`t take someone downgraded for bad knees or back on a petrol with you, because the risk is to high that when the shit hits the fan they are not going to be able to do what they need to do.

So it has nothing to do with High Horses, You would take your oppo round the back and slap him into next week for putting the unit at risk and f*cking up on a lot less menial things, and that is a fact!
