Well Jess... it would be great if you would become a member and lets see if we can work thru this.. many of us feel this way.. sometimes daily... so we are hoping you are reaching out for help...

I would really encourage you to walk away from that thought. I know that's not as easy as it sounds - but it won't help things to stay in that headspace. It might seem like it's a productive thing to think about, but that's just depression doing your thinking for you.

I'm very sorry to hear you are in pain. I hope you post again.
