It's not easy to simply take away one's pain, sometimes just leaving subtle signs and points towards ways of dealing with something might be good, as being intrusive in helping can lead to opposite

It's pretty individual, what is completely fine by one person, causes insult to another, and irreparable damage yet to a third joe.

The thing is, I also overdoubt stuff said to me often, like, when someone says that something is okay, I doubt that a lot

If I could I would move myself&DF to another state that isn't either of us current states.

Another thing to put on a goal list as opposed to wish list.

If I could I would move to a medical marijuana state and get my green card for CFS, FMS, COPD, PTSD, etc.
