Looking to connect with others with my condition, I have CPTSD. North west florida area. For supporting one another. maybe starting a support group and meeting face to face or just someone to talk to. Sometimes, I lay in my bed and afraid to move and am trembling with fear and don't know what to do. I need someone I can call in moments like these and I would like to be availble to be there for support when someone needs me. Thank-you in advance

There is a find a friend area of the forum. You might try looking there or starting a new thread...only if you want to of course.

Welcome to the forum Jacqueline. Ayesha has given you some good advice. I find you wonderful to want to form a support group. There are a few that exist, so hope you will find one. Take time to read some of the wiki articles as they give good insight to what you are living. Many are CPTSDers and will be able to relate to what you are going through. Best of luck for you project and hope to read more of your posts.
