Intro

Hello, my name is Marc. I live in upstate NY, USA. Served with 1/94FA, did 14 months in Iraq. Then i moved around a bit, my next tour was with 2/4FA, 13 more months to Iraq. After return i moved to fort drum and did a 3rd and final tour to Afghanistan with 3/6FA for 12 months. Upon return I went through the medboard and medically retired primarily for PTSD. I was just short of 10 years in service. So here I am 5 years of weekly therapy later looking to attend a residential treatment program in batavia NY. Has anyone here attended this facility? Anything I should know before going, tips, advice, or warnings?

Don't know this facility but I am familiar with stories from others. A lot of writing, group, and individual therapy.
