To alleviation issues with new members posting more than one introduction thread in the intro forum, that one forum now has a limit applied to it to post one thread.
It does not affect replying. If you have an intro thread in the intro forum, then you will simply get an error message saying you have met your quota for thread creation within that forum. Being, 1.
