Research Intrusive Visual Imagery And Neuropsychology

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing a Masters in Neuropsychology. I had a traumatic event last year and with it experienced some PTSD-like symptomology, in particular, intrusive visual imagery and flashbacks - which prompted me to investigate whether those who are more visual in nature are more likely than others to experience PTSD after a traumatic event.

Part of my thesis involves this online questionnaire which looks at imagery abilities and PTSD symptomology. I'm looking for those who experienced a traumatic event within the last 2 years to take part. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete and all results will remain anonymous and confidential. I have some questions about the questions. It won't let me go back, but the question about the length of time you have had PTSD didn't give you the option of longer than 2 months.

Also on the question with the sun, are you supposed to imagine the other details, or are you asking if they are included in the original image in your head.
