The problem with alcohol and lack of memory is that one doesn't know what happened or what was said.

For example, what if the girl says no and that's the end of their memory, but what if the boy then asks again and the girl says yes. While a boy should never (in my personal opinion) have sex with a drunk girl (unless sex was agreed to prior to drinking), this example is not rape from the boys perspective. Is it rape from the girls perspective, yes, as they didn't genuinely consent. Is it legally rape? I don't know, I'm not a legal expert.

If he was continually asking it'd be sexual coercion, which is still sexual assault. Any touching you didn't want is sexual assault. I hope you're doing OK. <3

He was touching you inappropriately against your will, which is sexual assault.

In order for you to give consent, you have to say yes. If you never said yes, that means consent was never given, automatically making it rape.

You also cannot give consent when you are intoxicated, meaning you were raped.

He kept asking, which is coercion, which is sexual assault.

Under many conditions, this is considered rape. More people need to know that if its not yes, it's no.
