I shake a lot. Mostly in stressful situations. But when everythings feels stressful, I can go on shaking all day long. Sometimes I just don't even notice it because it happens so often. I think the nerves also make it difficult to go pee sometimes too. :eek:
The meds have helped my shaking issues, but it still can come back if I feel under pressure or stressed in one way or another. I find that breathing helps a lot. Breathing in and holding the breath into the stomach until I can't hold it any longer and then slowly letting it go. That helps a lot.
