It Has Been 11 Months On Meds

Well I have to say the meds have made the past 11 months so much better. Life is not perfect but I can talk to people about my past and not have a melt down. I still have triggers and days , over all My life has been good.

I've been on meds since 1997 and I'm hear to say KUDOS for your 11 months. Keep it up. They are not perfect but they sure make our world a little easier to manage
