It's Gonna Snow!!!!!!!!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited! Wow, I've NEVER heard the weathermen say there is 100% chance of precipitation! I didn't think that it was that possible! I am SO excited! It'll be my first snow since I've moved here! :-D

That's really cool Trapped. About 3 or 4 years ago here in Melbourne (our summer is at Christmas) it snowed on Christmas day....totally unbelievable.

We're about to get 1-2 feet of snow here! I love the snow, but you know it freaks me out at the same time. I've been through some pretty good snowstorms here in new england, and many times we end up TRAPPED in the house with no electricity! I hate that trapped feeling! Even though I'm in my own home and there is no place I want to or need to go, I still hate the idea I can't leave when I want.

We are waiting for the big fall here in the North East of the UK, if the forecast is any where near right, it should start in about 3 hours, so 8pm ish here.

I will take some photo's of our Holly tree with the berries showing through the snow if possible, it looked good last year but the berries had already gone by then.

Might even make some snow angels too, with cat paw prints through them. LOL

Trapped, if you want, I can send you all the snow that you want. It's only Dec. and I am sick of it already....

I'm glad that it makes you excited though. It would for me too, if I didn't have to deal with it for 4-6 months every year.....

I'm glad you're happy Trapped! We have about 19" and it's still coming down. The kids were in and out all day, as well as the dogs. It's really pretty to look at, but dag - it's cold. Tomorrow is going to be a lot of work trying to dig ourselves out. Maybe I'm just getting old - but, I'd rather have 80 degrees and sunshine.

Philly has 16" of snow. It was nice staying in my jammies all day and watching the snow fall while having soup and other warm things.

So much for the great dumping of snow we were told to expect overnight. What did we get, maybe an egg cup full if that.

Oh well at least I may be able to get hubby to have a walk with me, to buy milk today. He had threatened to push me out the door with a shovel if we had the downfall we were warned about, what's he like.

So now they are telling us to expect the white stuff around 3pm today, only 18 hours late. LOL

:) It snowed! Frankie- I'm finally in Boston now, so I guess I'll be able to see lots of snow this winter! It's really neat though. I'm just not used to it :p

But it sorta sucks- I'm sitting here watching the snow fall, thinking I may go out for a run in it soon, and I just feel horrible. One of my close friends and I got into an argument that started yesterday, she ended up taking off this morning. :(
