I have indeed been having fun Gizmo.....I don't see my wedding as something to stress over, I'll just work out the details piece by piece until it's sorted out, and have fun while I'm doing it!
Yesterday was not a good day for me, I was extremely anxious, jittery and unable to settle, I went out with my little sister (18yo) but travelling on public transport just made it worse!
I bolted home, my partner saw my face and halted me in my tracks, cupped my face and told me to take a deep breath, and then gave me a gentle bear hug, stroking my hair and whispering "Hello my Bubbles, my poor baby girl, just have a cuddle for a moment, and everything will be alright."
That really helped, and then I hopped into bed and turned on Pink Panther.
I think it was a combination of dealing with some VERY pushy relatives, and the public transport as well.
Although the strange thing is, I suffer from the dizzy bouts that seems to affect some PTSD sufferers, and after being on a boat, it seems to be worse! Not sure why, but it certainly added to my distress.
I'm just going to have to take it easy today because we have to face the step mother in law tonight, and explain to madam have-a-glass-and-blab why she didn't find about the cruise until we called her from on board!
Oh boy....going to be ugly!
