Every night when I go to bed I have a hard time keeping my legs still, I am not in pain, just need to move my legs a lo

Sounds very much like restless leg syndrome. I get it if I lack sleep and been on my feet a lot. If you Google, it will explain. I never did get checks done as it wasn't persistent, but maybe something you should do if it is.

I do the same thing but I do it because I like the feel of it for some reason. It drives my crazy but it calms me down before I fall asleep.

Are you on any meds? I had restless leg syndrome as a side effect of one of the meds I was on for a while. Might be worth looking at if you are.

Do you exercise? I get it when I don't exercise enough. Been happening since I was a child.

Funny thing is it doesn't bother me but it drives my wife crazy, Yes I am on meds and I havnt ruled that out,

Agreed it sounds like restless legs. For some reason mine has gotten better, which makes me think it is mineral related for me...adding magnesium and staying hydrated. Also decent sodium levels. And exercise during daytime hours. But also, if I do get squirmy, I've found it's best to just get out of bed for a while, walk around and stretch.
