Just for today, I am learning so much from this site. I'm very impressed. Yup, even an old dog can learn new tricks. LOL. ( I know, I am a human now, but just thought I'd mention that.)

That is a good way to think about it winterose.

I was trying to think about it so that I don't feel bad by the hit miss type of situation. Just for today I will see my life as progress - I am doing things and not being frozen.

I have alot to do today and so just for today I will tackle my list one project at a time until it is all done.

Just for today I am not going to freak about food and enjoy lunch with my sister. Of course I won't eat dinner and lunch will be my main meal of the day...but, just for today, I will feel no guilt!

Just for today, I will pace myself as I dust and vacumn, I have miles of carpet and it really wears me out. I will enjoy my feeling of accomplishment.
