Sleep is a big issue for my husband too (he's the sufferer, I'm the carer). Do a search of this site for "sleep" and see what you come up with. Or ask on one of the more specific forums. Put the question in the title - that will help others respond. For my husband all the standard sleep advice 'helps' but a good night sleep is never a sure bet. (Standard advice : bedtime ritual, no t.v. in or right before bed, dark room (get rid of those LED lights) don't lay in bed awake, etc.)
