Just Keeps Getting Better

Thanks for posting your success, Dave. I'm in the midst of a horrible dive and, as it always feels when I'm in hell, the climb out seems just too hard and long for the effort it takes.

Reading your success helped me remember that it's NORMAL to feel tired and discouraged when I'm so down, but that it's just the perspective. It helped enable me to bring to mind the times when skies are bright, my outlook is positive and strong, and life feels good. It WILL get better.

I really needed a shot of encouragement today to take the action I need to take to feel better (I woke up thinking about how I KNOW that exercise, diet and naturopathic assistance works, but felt too overwhelmed and tired to even contemplate trying to put it all back into place).

Thanks again.

Hey Dylan, glad I could help. I go through the same struggles as you, and am fighting the same battle-fronts. Diet, exercise, naturopathic. I'm adding back in some mindfulness body scanning to try to stay here and now, and not get lost in my thoughts so much.

It'll come back for you. You've been the one to lift me out of my hole with some hope and insight and enthusiasm more times than I can count. It's bloody well about time I could pay you back a little!!! ;P

I'm glad I met you too, Indoors :)

take care,
Dave

Cragger,
I'm so glad to hear your good news. You have had more than your share of hard times. Enjoy feeling sane, get to really recognize it well because it will still be there!!! Even when it feels like it is 'hiding' when and if you might crash again.

There is so much hope for all of us in your success. Congraulations. Now maybe you won't be doing much of this:crazy:anymore.

Damn! this is good to read! Well done that man. The hard work pays off. Remeber when you get knocked down you are building the tools to get back up.

Admirable!
