The new system is in & the yard is all smoothed over again. Even better, we can run the washer and the dishwasher and take baths again! Joy!

The smashing of the first bathroom begins tomorrow, but I think I'm ready for it. No more nasty surprises, please!

The contractor came by & dropped off his trailer. I feel like throwing up. Is it too late in the process to chicken out and just live with the big hole in the bathroom floor?

You'll be happy when it's done. I know, we need our porch replaced(it totally deteriorated), but I'm wondering how I'll handle having contractors and repair people here. Not looking forward to that part.
