Missed todays exercise due to trip, yesterday did 3km running and some weight practice, I need to find some way to make running more entertaining, gets boring so quickly... :(
1 hour 15 minutes - 2 comprehensive sets, light weights increased some. Noticed last time I recovered so much faster. Was going to shoot for three, but got distracted by a project.. and now I am thinking, maybe that was- no that Definitely was a godsend. Off to bed.
