Yoga Nidra helped turn things around for me @Anrish - it was my first real mediation practice! Amazing stuff - it resets the brain or something - well it did for me! Everyone has to find what works for them! I am so pleased that you have found what works for you!

The Blue Girl does lick bys - she runs by very fast and licks my forehead. It is most amusing. And sometimes when I am lying on the ground does exercises or meditation she puts her little head in the crook of my armpit and lies with her back snuggled up against my side. It is very sweet.

lol Anrish! I am just going now to see what I can accomplish. Hank is going to have a lot of odd things to get used to in his new home lol!!!

I did one and a half hours Tai Chi. I did six hours of physical work today.

An hour and 15 minutes free weights a bit of an increase. Felt a little sluggish initially wondering if it is because I ate half hour prior. hmmm..

Monday...a crazy ass wet and fast walk, not sure if I already posted that.

Today, another crazy ass, wet, fast 3mi walk at the nature park after my T visit.

Noticing a trend? Yeah, it's a shit load of rain happening here.

Rolled out of bed. i did a couple get ups with falling backs on the floor/bed.

Yesterday: 2 mile bike commute, about a mile of walking at work.
Today: 1 hour hatha yoga. Seeing T after work so that's all the exercise I'll get today.

@City Slicker @Ms Spock My cat Henry helps me to yoga by climbing all over me. He lays on my stomach and purrs during the final meditation which is just the best.
