Wednesday I got to my hockey class which was great. I even love the muscle tweaks lol. My dominant stick arm was sore for three days !!! Bliss.

Thursday I got 2 hours of Krav Maga. My neighbour sat with Hank for about a half hour and then left and then came back to check on him. He was peacefully sleeping when she came back.

Friday I did yoga - I found a few different youtube videos for yoga and I am enjoying the search.

Saturday was a rest day. Hank and I had a nice hike through the park to the lake. I drive us to the park and then we 'hike' which is really right now more walking on unpaved trails.

Sunday was a treadmill run (16k) and a joint walk with my friends that have Homer.

I have been stopping by for Homer but a lot less since Hank has come so all five of us went out for a stroll. Hank did really well and Homer is an incredible gentleman. Homer's people are a lot more active with Homer now so I am very happy about that.
 
Yesterday, walked 3 miles & went to my Harmonica course

Today: 10 km cycling, 12 mins elliptical trainer with chest press, 5 min on walking machine, 10 min on a couple of other elliptical machines to try them out, 25 min swimming & relaxing in the pool, 15 min steam room, 12 min mindfulness meditation.
 
I find hoovering the rugs with that new Hoover that I bought in EBay , is all the exercise I need, as it's so powerful, I have to fully open the valve thing on the handle.

After I've finished hoovering I'm always knackered?
