I have a 2 year old we always dance around i try and teach him to do jumping jacks

Aww.. I used to do that with mine now.. my daughter did more watching than dancing.. (she is home sick) but I did a lot of goofy moves/slapstick stuff that got her laughing. :)

Walked to the car. Daughter drove me to mmj dispensary,I walked in, did business & walked out. Walked from car to the house. Pretty much sums it up today.

Take it easy @brokenEMT - I am just now dealing with some unhappy knees - both of them at the same time - sheesh! Take good care of your knee (I use ice and then heat, and then rub and now tape).

I won't run another marathon for a few months until I am sure my knees are less upset with me. lol.

I like to run 30 to 40 mins every couple of days. But today l am counting on walking in my apartment as exercise since l had dental surgery. But does driving to appoint. count as a workout? 3 1/2 drive through the border crossing and pesky foreign drivers, pesky round-abouts, la policia for an added thrill. Lol.

Was leg day yesterday.. 4 sets and two exercises each for quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves with abs mixed in.. 20 min. Cardio.. today Hello... DOMS.

I walked about 2 miles this morning (in the cold) to get to the store and for me that is like running an Olympic marathon. I am happy that I was able to do it and proud of myself. I had to use my cane to help me walk but I did it!

30 mins run just because I got angry at the resting.
20 mins of shadow fencing. I'm still doing one block super wrong.
Need more warm ups with that arm, prior.
