Treadmill-one hour. Fast walk.. Sweating is good. Cortisol..gone

Yesterday, two walks one in the sunshine & one in the evening. Both were for about 45 mins. Just raised a slight sweat so not rigorous.

Yesterday: Triceps with the powerband. Dumbbell excercises. Planks and Afrobeat dance.. and bored

Yesterday: 30 min Powerwalk/a lil running, bench excercises for the glute, jumping jacks, hopping on a bench, upper body movements...

Today’s: lazy and raining..

Other than that, f*ck all. Still behind on swimming. But lately escapades had me cold & worrying medics nuff. So prolly swimmin postponed.

Last two months have been wild.
