@Ms Spock: Just go in your pace. Babysteps are sometimes better or you could hurt yourself. The most important thing is that you're feeling good with it. :hug:

You are right @Anrish.

I was more mindful with my exercise today. I did 10 laps (it's only a 25 metre pool, not my usual 50) and I do stop at the end of most laps and have a breather. I did some gentle swiming, just with the flippers. I also walked ten laps as well, except at the end, where I had to swim due to depth. I then swam two laps in a row. I decided to stop then and go back again in the afternoon.

I did the 20 minutes semi supine as well. And 10 minutes seemed like 20, it was a struggle to do the last 10 minutes.

It is too hot to exercise during the day, except swimming, but I realised that the local mall is huge and air conditioned and I certainly could do some laps around there and still get lost due to its being so large! So being a bit solution based today. I could walk kilometres in that mall, and I will.

Update of today:

2.1 km power walking. Today negative thoughts didn't bother me at all, I used to have thoughts of self beatup and thoughts like I won't be able to go outside. None of this happened. I was able to reckon this all while walking. I did feel recovered somewhat good from yesterday.

From tomorrow I will add more distance. I feel confident.
