Log Your Daily Exercise

Short walk this morning ...I was on pace for 2000 steps, until I saw a neighbor (with a mental illness) had firemen, ambulance and 4 sheriff's at his house. Finished the walk with a little sadness. I just found out the worst news from another neighbor about what happened. A permanent solution to the problem, very sad. Planning a walk to the beach to meditate and send thoughts to his family.
 
Started the day with yoga nidra 7 times as I kept losing focus. Didn't beat myself up for not being able to follow. Was present and grounded in the end. Then I went and swam 14 laps. Grounding is good for me before exercise as it makes me present and then I am able to exercise mindfully and not injure/reinjure myself.

Will swim more laps later on today, and take the dog for a walk.

@Ms Spock: Just go in your pace. Babysteps are sometimes better or you could hurt yourself. The most important thing is that you're feeling good with it. :hug:

@Tanishq : Glad to hear that. That's quite a progress. I hope you will feel it more often from now on. ;)

I went for a run of 55 min with my neighbor and did 20 minutes of exercises with my own body weight afterwards.
