@Tanishq, it could be a lot of variables impacting your distance. Decreased distance does not at all mean stalled progress. Sometimes quite the opposite.

I am always reminding myself that bodies need to rest and sleep and need time to adjust to what we ask of them. It is totally fine, in fact necessary, to have stages where the body does what it needs rather than what we want it to do. I can't tell you how many times I have had this exact conversation in my head.

Keep checking your goals and continue to keep the dialogue with your body and mind active and you will find what works for you each day.

Don't be worried or discouraged - you are doing really well.
 
Trying to get back on track, wednesday daughter and a friend of hers made me go shopping 1462 steps, yesterday did exercises with my own weight and grociery shopping 1877 steps. I loose track of myself and what i need so I get in the extra steps and just go with it.

Update of today:

2.2 km power walking. Felt better than yesterday. There's so much relief in my mind and heart now. Feel better with myself.
