12k run on Saturday.

Sunday, a 2 hour gym workout with some friends for a P90X challenge involving a push up challenge and an abs pose challenge.The abs pose challenge involves folding yourself up at the waist like a jack-knife with your hands in the air and your feet off the ground with your ass on the mat and holding that pose longer than anyone. That one was brutal. It still hurts to laugh.

Today, P90X Plyometrics to try to loosen up a bit and a walk home from work.
 
What a cool idea. It's funny to read some of these, and it's kinda cool to see the different ways that people like to exercise. Love @FridayJones workout at jfk terminal.

Today I start therapy again, and was planning to work out afterwards since my appointment will take place soon after I drop my daughter off at school. I'm hoping that I will still feel like exercising after therapy.

The plan is to do some pilates mat work for 20 minutes, that's it. If that's too much I will just spend that time stretching and mindfully breathing instead.
 
An hour of P90X3 with ab ripper. I am really looking forward to an outside run tomorrow.

The weather here has been impossible and normally I love it, in fact, the colder and snowier the better. However, I am starting to obsess about (not) breaking a hip ... I don't bounce nearly as well when I hit the ground as I once did.
