Log Your Daily Exercise

Half hour Pilates then a 3km jog.
Then a 2km walk to story time, then an hour at Kinder Gym with the LO, then 2km back home.
Have discovered doing Pilates before a jog actually stops aches, fatigue and speeds me up heaps!

Far out, I'm wrecked!
 
Oh, on another note......I started Maca root powder in my shakes once or twice a day....been doing it for 2 weeks, and holy hell it works!

Despite the shit sleep and not being able to nap during the day I've been doing really well!

Was super sceptical, but I'm really feeling it.
 
You've all been working so hard! This thread is great motivation! I was pretty much put on bedrest after almost passing out in the Dr.'s office. =/ I got a talking to from the Nurse and Doc as I came in on crutches instead of wheels. =/ Since then I've been swimming (3 times) and doing gentle yoga (1 time) and mostly staying in wheelchair, I do take short walks though the house on crutches though.
