The De-pressed state of mind and carrying myself to the gym sucks...

F* up and getting on the cycle= 90's Hip Hop listening and 15 mins Cardio. Smelling on peppermint oil during the work.

Leg press, cable pulling for bizeps,trizeps.. getting slightly on the mood.. butterfly/ butterfly reverse, gluteus muscle machine..

Less depressed thoughts.. but I still find it difficult to motivate my a**
 
10 minutes Cardio, glueteus machine 40 kilos 3x 10, abductor legs 3x 10 45 kilos, leg press 50 kilos 3x 10, cable pull 17 kilos for bizeps, 20 kilos for trizeps. Leg machines for 20 mins. Cattle bell training 10 mins. Ab training 10 mins..

Feeling better...but I was always in the mood to give up. Peppermint oil helps to stay focused
 
Tuesday - 2 Hours Aikido

Today - I hurt everywhere! :D And my legs could probably heat an Innuit Village all by themselves :bag: (walking, and stretching, and more walking and stretching, and light gymnastics, and more walking and stretching. Damn. I forgot I even owned muscles in some of these places.) So far, maybe 4 hours worth of recovery-exercise.
 
1st actual workout in 4 months, and I started biking again 3 days ago.

upper body free weights: shoulders, bi's, tri's, delts, rear delts, traps, x4 sets each
push ups: wide fly, normal, military (on my knees :bag::banghead:)
weighted pull downs: wide, normal, narrow ('cause I can't do a pull up to save my life :bawling:.... well, maybe if I was on fire or something)
stationary bike: HIIT 35:00, 9.0 miles

tomorrow: core day
 
today I had no energy and dragged my arse through the workout... I think it's the heat

core... I need to find something better for obliques, and add another for upper back
stationary bike: HIIT 35:00, 8.3 miles

tomorrow: legs day... hmmm, stepper or squats & lunges?
 
I'm only doing abs. Stuck at home for about the last month. I was doing a full split but It's been over a month I'm afraid to try it without getting my legs warmed up. My arthritis is killing me. I miss it. I don't really miss the gym. Even though no one talks, it's too much interaction with people for me.
