F* up and getting on the cycle= 90's Hip Hop listening and 15 mins Cardio. Smelling on peppermint oil during the work.
Leg press, cable pulling for bizeps,trizeps.. getting slightly on the mood.. butterfly/ butterfly reverse, gluteus muscle machine..
