Sit-ups I'm graduating to leg lifts which is hard on my back but my core is getting stronger. We walked extra yesterday about 4 miles it was freezing.
I know I need to start callisthenics. I know you can get in shape doing them. If you don't believe me, try deep knee bends for awhile. I did it a few years back and for in good enough shape to run. I could even have been writing it here I don't remember.
But I don't want to start that crap at home again I belong to the Y and i really can't workout at home. I can't because I sweat. I mean really. And when I say work out, I mean getting really sweaty, and you can't do that in the house unless you have a room sealed off lol.
