Got some tips from a swimming coach so employed them into my swimming technique. Will need much practice till the strength, muscle memory etc kicks in but that's okay.

So I slowed down to get things right. 12 x 50 m laps 3.5 km walk.
 
Oh boy the drills I have to do before I begin my laps are really exhausting. 200 metres of drills then 10 x 50 m. laps.

No walk today - too many trees toppling in the gale.
 
12 x 50 m swim (using new technique) much easier and feels better getting out. Ran out of time for drill but will do it tomorrow....

Still got walk to go this evening if the weather doesn't close in again...
