I've been dancing, again - yesterday for 30 minutes, and today for a little over an hour. I've also thrown in some sped up PT exercises in the middle of it.
Yesterday I pushed through to 900 metres in laps. I felt great straight afterwards and by the time I got home pretty much exhausted for the rest of the day.
I have spinal stenosis which is causing a condition called neurogenic claudication which basically means I have a lot of pain when I walk. I still get out to the store at least once per week and walk about 1/4 mile, but I have to rest several times along the way. I suppose the only exercise I get on a daily basis is raising my coffee mug to my lips. Hee hee But I keep trying to do more and better. I am persistent that way.
Still with the torrential rain, which is a nice as previously it was a heat wave. Exercise has to be early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Doing minor weights, stretching and a couple of yoga poses. Walking around the house.
