Today I stayed busy cleaning this apartment from top to bottom. It takes a lot of energy because I have breathing difficulties and not a lot of energy, to begin with, but I kept at it all day, and I'm proud of myself. I might add that I am disabled and 61 years old. lol
 
I crashed when got home yesterday. In typical PTSD fashion, I do not fall asleep I pass out. I have to be completely exhausted to get solid sleep. I hate it, but haven't found a way to fix it, so I work with it. All of that to say I did not work out in the afternoon, nor did I do my stuff this morning as I didn't clamber out of bed until moments before I needed to leave.

Bummer, messes up lots of things mentally and physically.

I did sleep, which I obviously needed. So not all bad.
 
Yesterday- Therapy day

Ran without limits. Running just to run until I was done.
Full body lifts. Lower weight/high rep. 2 hours
All fours- 3 min
Pistol squats-2 min

This morning-
All fours- 4 min
Pistol squats- 3 min
Balance board- miscellaneous movements for 10 min
