Weight 62.4 kg so 4 kg to go... then gotta pull it up and build more muscle.
It was just a couple of miles, and only about a foot of snow, but it’s been a few years now since I did any kind of trail breaking. My legs feel like champagne jell-o, and can’t stop grinning. Even as outta damn shape as I am, it was wicked fun.
Been to the pool three times this week.
Swimming 800 metres & 10 mins vertical kicking.
Need to push another 200 metres into the swim and maintain that distance.
