Weight 62.4 kg so 4 kg to go... then gotta pull it up and build more muscle.
 
Been out of the pool one week so hmmm...

Last Thursday: 800 metres (w/fins x300 w/o fins x 300 & drill 200 metres)
8 mins vertical kicking

w/fins 400 m.
w/o fins 400 m.
200 m. drill

15 mins vertical kicking
 
Been to the pool three times this week.
Swimming 800 metres & 10 mins vertical kicking.
Need to push another 200 metres into the swim and maintain that distance.
 
Saturday @ 2 a.m.
  • 12:12/mile, hr 155
  • took two breaks out of breath and sweaty, ended feeling totally busted
Monday @ 1 a.m.
  • 13:15/mile, hr 140
  • slowed down to see if it's more sustainable -- hell yes, it is
  • ended feeling silly for stopping, totally could have kept going
