Well, weather permitted for a skate but work didn't and got in the way so I got in P90X3 Warrior and Ab Ripper X. Skating planned again for tomorrow before the predicted polar vortex hits the Great White North!
I did it! I joined a Hot Yoga class. 100 degrees F. I sweated like crazy for an hour. I might have to prepare better next time. I'm pretty sure I was dehydrated a couple of times and I thought my supper was going to come up, but then it started to get calmer. They kept the room so dark it was hard to tell if I was light headed. My first sign is darkness and then things going tilty, usually to the right. I'll do a couple more classes to see if that stabilizes.
Got the skate in just in time as the temp is plunging again here. Also got in a P90X3 Dynamix and Ab Ripper X workout. Since the roads here aren't slushy since everything is frozen I might get my trusty bike out of the dust and start priming 'er for some road work.
As they say in motorcycling, keep your shiny side up and your sticky side down (...or something like that...)
