Ran 1.14 miles in 11 minutes pretty good for still trying to get ride of this cold abd running without my music

Made it to Barre last night and Pilates Reformer this morning. When I really didn't feel like going to either....

Walking one and a half hours.
Dip in the ocean.

Had to take rest yesterday, no idea why I felt so exhausted. Today feeling bit better, but taking rest again.

Hoping to feel refreshed tomorrow.

25 min run today - horrible time, did ignore the signs for the migraine and running wasn't so good. Still fighthing the headaches.

Busy week of appointments. Stretching each day with increasing repetitions on resistance bands. Taking a rest for a couple days.
