I did a half hour exercise class with some friends and then later on went for a walk in this gorgeous weather we are having. It is one of those days that is so perfect weatherwise, that you cannot imagine a better one.
P90X plyometrics and then P90X3 Dynamix yesterday to focus as lots of 'stationary' work with the day gig.
The 'day gig', which I am eternally grateful to have by the way, keeps getting in the way of my workouts.
Then today getting ready for a meeting where I have to dress up I realized I have no presentable work clothes anymore - all my 'good' clothes are made out of coolmax and dryfit and are branded with things like nike and saucony. Not a work suit to be had anywhere in my closet. When did this happen?? lol
1.5 km walking yesterday. It amazes me to know how emotions play major role to have stamina for walking. Good emotions, pleasant walking and if mixed or not good emotions, ok walking with less distance traveled.
Managed to get an hour of plyo in on Wednesday and an 1.5 hours of Krav Maga Thursday. Friday was a light day - 30 minutes of P90X3 dynamix.
Today started slowly with nasty weather and some rain and I headed out thinking I would do a quick run and head home but instead I just kept going. 26k today. Feeling pretty good. Stuck with some house renos tomorrow that I have been putting off so I won't feel so bad if I have a 'rest' day tomorrow.
