Mindful yoga for 10 minutes!
Body scan! (I moved location again so I am just getting back into my routines again.)
45 minute walk through bush reserve. Half this was for you anthony!
30 minutes walk by the sea.

I hope you feel better from your dental procedure soon @anthony.

Tuesday- 1 hour spin with weighted vest and 1 hour advance bootcamp.

Today- 1 hour bootcamp. I was helping my friend run through her class schedule as she is becoming an instructor. Tomorrow is her first class she'll instruct! Can't wait to attend!
 
Today 15 minutes walk away from the flat and 15 minutes walk back to the flat. The ocean is beautiful today. I saw a pelican napping on the top of a pole in the harbour!
 
I have done short walks but forgot to note them.

Today.
Child pose. Standing yoga. 2 x Body Scans.
1 hour Alexander Technique.
I did three short walks today. So I am building up again.
