Tommorow, tommorow, the place where all the work I will do lies...

Did 2 km of runnign today again, then had to shower, because of a long ime of notdoing it (I forgot, but I suspect over a week). Now... TOMMOROW I shall do more. Someone, please, if you see me on chat here, just chase me away, make me go do stuff I want to do so i don't feel shit afterwards...
 
Wasn't to thrilled till I popped on some Chevelle and got moving. Half hour free weights 1 set diverse and comprehensive. Wanting to get to 3 sets, but this took a half hour. 2 Sets push ups and 2 sets stretching (AM and PM) Noticed I do not yet have complete full range motion from the recovering arm, light weights. Will break this up perhaps into an upper and lower body work out - or somehow have to divide it so can do it daily with more sets. But easing in and already have some pain but like I said frequent stretching helping. Gonna see if I have any aerobics or dig some out and begin doing this every other day. Could go more but have some classes I need to move on. Also need to check my bodies response to all these changes. Due to the classes going to enjoy a cup of coffee and move on it. Obviously need to start logging it.. but that sucks as it takes time also. Would like to do it right and record measurements before I get into it to in depth but that is I suppose for vanities sake. Hope I can walk tomorrow..lol. :D Looking forward to stretching in AM, and may incorporate this multiple times per day and increase water consumption. Did great with my diet today. Craving some climbing exercises. Having a hard time yet with pull ups.. the bar is high for a shorty like me.. could be the injury. Will try climbing a pole as this is easier for me than a traditional pull up and see if I get anywhere, but I have to get to a park for that and its winter and below freezing and I am also sick. Having fun with it. Thankful.
 
Half hour free weights, 1 set..may do more later. Encouraging as I increased some weight, arm has a tad more range. Thought after my last workout and seeing how much pain I initially had introducing that I would be hurting more - seemingly faster recovery. My body seems to be adjusting fast. Need to find a replacement for coffee. I can't drink the tap water here.. tastes like moth balls smell and I even occasionally vomit from the hideous taste. Need to buy more bottled water - maybe some herbal teas instead- will help as I ration down cigarettes.
 
Sunday, combined a 10k run with a 20k cycle. Nice to have the bike out - we have been having a bit of snow but mainly cleared roads so time for the bicycle.

Monday, Hockey Skate - 2 hrs of skating with a house league - at least I was able to keep up with their skating drills - puck handling, not so much lol!

Tuesday, 22k run the long way into work this morning and my hair and eyelashes froze.
