Okay, 3 hamburgers left in th efridge, out of total of 10 hamburgers I had access to :P. Whew. I walked a while today. Uhh, in a T-shirt through icy wind, took energy
 
Mostly running since it's the least expensive and requires a lot less planning ; )
I have been managing about 27k per run on average which I am happy with.
This week I have a lot of work so I won't be running as much but I will be doing Krav all this week.

Hiking with Hank has turned out so well - he lets me lead him anywhere and even when I know he's getting tired he still tries to keep a 'hop' in his step. I don't let him go too far but I am working on conditioning his muscles. After our hikes I spend time massaging his back legs to get them as relaxed as possible. Then I do my own stretches - he's turned out to be the best workout partner ever!!!

Also, I have been working out at home with weights and really enjoying it. I have been missing some strength workouts and I am starting to get to the age where I am going to really need the muscle maintenance. lol
 
I'm assuming its gonna take me a bit more to reach the constantly staying under 80kg mark... I bounce up and down a lot lately. Exercising for a few days, and then overeating. Completely unproductive
 
I'm jumping in. I've been hesitant to start an exercise regime because I tend to spin out of control after about ten days. I'm determined to go slow and do really conservative interval training. I also have a bike I bought last fall but I can only ride 7 minutes before my brain starts misfiring and I can't balance anymore. Used to spend hours every day on my bike as a kid. Doc said it'll eventually come back.

Starting with mild yoga dvd tomorrow. Today I've been getting ready for carpet cleaners moving furniture.
 
2 Hours of Krav tonight - I have no idea what I was thinking when I said I wouldn't have as much time to run this week - two hours of Krav and on a Monday night of all nights.

Actually I crammed it all in tonight because I wanted to be really tired - I have that 'too much work' brain where the mind doesn't shut off as easy so the physical activity will help tonight to ease the mind and shut it down a bit.

Hank was waiting for me when I got home and we had a great play session in the yard (well, he takes the stick from me and then gives it back and I throw it and then I run after it and bring it back to him and we repeat lol!) He smiles when I do this so I know he likes it. We are both teaching each other how to ease up, have fun and play. Priceless.

Weights tomorrow at home in between work.
