My fatigue comes and goes. I have phases where I need to sleep several extra hours a day, and when I have my period I almost can't move for the first two days. I've managed it by giving myself twenty or thirty minutes every day to lay on the couch and do nothing. No tv, no computer, no phone, no crafts, no nothing. If I'm doing very badly, I give myself one or two hours. I find that designating the time to rest and only rest is extremely helpful and keeps me productive--most of the time.
