Yay! I stopped about 8 months ago ish. I switched to a nicotine vaporizor (e-cig sorta but better) and stopped in a week (i wasnt stong enough to go full on cold turkey, but i did learn that like 98% of it is psycological of needing something in your hand so i would hold an unlite cig in my fingers and smoke the vaporizor, smoke a half a cig at a time for a day and less and less until a week later i didnt smoke any and a few days later didnt need to hold on unlite cig between my fingers at all.

Thats awesome! Im an addict and stopped all drugs on my own...let me tell you that smoking cigs was by far the hardest one!

Yahoo! I am just a few days in front of you. Day 7 today. I'm starting to feel alive again. I can smell things I couldn't a few days ago and my voice has lost its crackle.
Keep going. I shall too. It's so expensive now - I've already saved $140!!
So worth it
