Study Male Combat Veterans In Relationships Needed For Thesis Study

My name is Ilana Pinsky, and I am a Master’s student in the Department of Family Sciences at the University of Kentucky. I am currently conducting a research study for my Master’s thesis requirement called, “Attachment Quality and Sexual Satisfaction and Functioning in Romantic Relationships of Combat Veterans. “ If you are currently 18 years or older, currently in a committed relationship for at least six months, a male, and have been on a combat-related deployment, then you are eligible to participate in this study. This a 10-15 minute survey.


Your participation is completely voluntary and you have the option to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of four $25 Amazon gift certificates.

Hi Sighs,

I deeply apologize about my wording. I understand how this is a very sensitive topic, especially for those who have PTSD. I appreciate you for pointing that out, and that can help me improve being more sensitive to those who are struggling as I recruit for this study. Please let me know if you have any more ideas on how I can better promote this, so I do not upset anyone with PTSD and not make them uncomfortable about participating in academic research.
