Hello all,

My name is Rebecca Rose and I have PTSD. I have been suffering this since I witnessed my two oldest brothers drown when I was 9 and then my mother died of cancer 3 months later. I have had a hard time holding down a long term job. I seem to make it a few years and then I get fired.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that you've had such a difficult time. I can't begin to imagine how difficult all that has been to deal with. But you are in the right place to learn everything about PTSD, and how to begin to heal and learn to manage PTSD symptoms.

Hi Rebecca,

Just wanted to welcome you to the forum, lots of great people on hear always willing to listen in times of need. I am sorry to hear about your losses and what you have been through, no words can take away your pain and i can only imagine what it must be like and have been like for you, so i am not even going to pretend i know what its like as i don't. However most of us here have been through varying traumas and always here to listen and relate to some of what you may be going through.
