I am really sorry Hashi. :( I think some things just overwhelm our coping. Maybe it is good to remember that all these things will be helping you enormously regardless. That they are making it possible for you to do the work at all and that that is a means to an end. And an enormous achievement. It won't be like this forever even though I am sure that is no help to you at present.

The lock checking makes so much sense. It is a direct communication of how unsafe you feel. Does your T have a good idea of where you emotionally?
