They say this can affect sleep related issues and other mental health related issues like anxiety and aggression. I'm not really sure it that's true or not but I thought I would keep track and see if that feels like it's true. Internet searches easily turn up sites where you can track moon phases by your time zone/location. I'm posting so that others can also contribute observations. It would be interesting to see if there are any trends among us. Tonight 7/24/2016 it is supposed to be 70% waning gibbous.
