A few years back I was at the lowest point in my life. I was going through divorce and in deep financial trouble. I felt weak, insignificant and a failure; I was depressed and felt like I would never recover from it. Desperate and wanting a change I started reading up on self help and self development.
Slowly after working on myself, things began to improve and thankfully I am now fully recovered. One book that made an impact on me was Shad Helmstetter's "What to Say When You Talk to Yourself". It helped me to deal with my negative beliefs by using Self-Talk to reprogram my mind.
Since then I've been fascinated with the subject of Self-Talk and have read a number of books on the subject. I'm not an expert but I hope I can use my experience to help others.
